Registration opens 3 to 4 months before the show.

Expo Hall only passes start at $75, Day Passes start at $279, and Super Passes start at $499.

We encourage attendees to register online before coming to the show to expedite your onsite experience. Registration will also be available onsite.

All participants will receive a printed badge onsite from the registration desk. Badges will be printed on recycled paper stock, and you'll have the option to recycle them after the show.

You can update and/or upgrade your registration online from your registration dashboard. To access your dashboard login using your email address and password your created during your registration sign up. 

NRCA members receive a discount on select registration packages and events. Your NRCA membership must be active to receive the NRCA Member discount.

Once you have registered to attend the IRE you can download a copy of your VISA letter from your registration dashboard. To access your dashboard login using your email address and password your created during your registration sign up

All cancellations must be in writing before January 23, 2024. Cancellations will be assessed a $75 fee. If you are unable to attend you may send a substitute. No refunds will be issued after January 23, 2024. Expo hall passes, welcome party tickets, and Community Service Day fees are non-refundable.
