This area of the website is for current exhibitors to help navigate the exhibiting process. The exhibitor portal is the central location for communicating and discovering the information you need, including managing your online profile and directory listing, managing your company's contacts, purchasing sponsorships and upgraded listings, ordering materials for the event and lead retrieval, registering your booth personnel, managing invoices and payments, accessing your free buyer invites and more. Update Your Online Directory Listing
Your online exhibitor directory listing is key to connecting with IRE attendees and showcasing your business. The directory listing is where they find suppliers and new vendors pre-show, onsite and post-show.
A complete profile helps attendees discover your company online and via the mobile app. Add your logo, company description, product details, show specials, videos, and more to stand out. Update your listing today through your Exhibitor Portal to maximize visibility and engagement!
Additional Resources
The Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM) is designed to assist you in your preparations for the show. The ESM contains all the details on exhibiting, including ordering services, shipping, booth regulations, deadlines, and more. To save time and money, we encourage you to read all information carefully, taking note of upcoming deadlines and essential show regulations.
The ESM is available a few months before the show opening. Once the ESM is available, you will sign in to your exhibitor portal to access the ESM materials located under the Resources menu.
Space Draw determines the initial assignment of space for IRE and is conducted in priority point order. The IRE uses priority points to help determine the order of booth selection by allowing companies that have the most Priority Points to select space first.

All booth personnel must have a badge to access the show floor during move-in, show hours, and move-out.
Booth personnel badge allotments and Welcome Party tickets will be pre-calculated based on booth size and will be viewable during registration. You can purchase additional booth personnel badges if you exceed your allotment. Your allotment of Welcome Party tickets does not guarantee your attendance at the event. Registration for the Welcome Party is limited and sells out quickly.
